Mr. Chairman, to clarify my last statement, in fact, from a policy perspective, this work is done. The standards are there and the professional practice standards are there. My comments were actually trying to encourage providers to work to their full scope of practice. They usually tend to not work and not worry about the... And certainly it is a liability issue if you don’t have that or if people don’t exceed their scope of professional practice. That is not the case. I am trying to encourage broader, through change
management with the authorities, that they work to their full scope of practice. But as far as what the policy and where the procedures are, well, we don’t have all of the potential professions under the legislation. What we do have in practice and the scope of practice is defined.
