Thank you, Mr. Chair. The work continues on the service partnership agreements. They have not been fully developed. I don’t believe it’s any surprise that the work had to slow down while many of us were very involved in putting a lot of our resources towards negotiating collective agreements. But we have recently met with the Department of Human Resources. We now have a draft document and draft service partnership agreement. Our next step is going to be to put that draft through some ground-truthing with some of our staff, and then we are going to implement it on
a pilot basis over the next few months and monitor to see how it works. We’re focusing initially on recruitment and onboarding of staff, because we want to keep this manageable until we have a chance to pilot it and see if what we’ve got is going to be sufficient to start tracking results.
