Thank you, Mr. Chair. The reduction of just over $100,000 in the suppression budget is a result of ENR working with Public Works and Services on procurement shared services. We, over the decades, had a system in
place where we utilized six individuals at our Fire Centre to undertake different aspects of the procurement area for fire suppression. So, the dollars are still in fire suppression, but instead of moving a PY out of ENR to Public Works, we provided the funding under the suppression budget to cover that. They have committed. That resource will be working in our facility during fire suppression times, the fire season, and working on procurement shared services with that. So, the reduction of that $118,000 is a result of that process. Thank you, Mr. Chair.
