If I heard the Minister correctly, if Canada requests the surface leases they can be handed back. I'm hoping that we would actually do that. You know, in the interim we have these surface leases covering the property. We still have a duty to carry out inspections, especially in light of the poor environmental track record of this operation. Can the Minister tell us how many inspections have been carried out on our Cantung surface leases since devolution, what the findings have generally been, and how much those inspections have cost this Government?
