Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The reason why I'm raising this is: is it the department's intention that some type of fee is also going to be applied to air traffic that goes out of the Yellowknife Airport that's non-passenger air traffic? There's a number of different types of air traffic that go in and out of Yellowknife that don't carry passengers, whether it's cargo planes or, you know, three or four helicopter companies there. They certainly have a percentage of wear and tear on the Yellowknife Airport.

Is it just passengers that are going to incur this fee to pay for the maintenance and the wear and tear on capital projects or are we going to expect that these non-passenger-based flights are also going to incur some type of fee? Thank you, Mr. Chair.
