Thank you, Mr. Speaker, and I know that a number of folks have left already, but I'd like to recognize those who took the time to come earlier especially on this important day of the budget address. So Yellowknife North resident Amanda Mallon who was here today on behalf of NWT Teacher's Association. I'd also like to recognize Mayor Mark Heyck that was here on behalf of the City of Yellowknife.
