Yes, the majority of the costs, as the Member mentioned, was for the sole adjudicator's counsel and a lot of that had to do with all the -- there was 19 lengthy submissions that he had to review and also interview a lot of those people that were involved, and that's what used up majority of that cost.
And also in order to keep the costs down, the board did approve to give both counsels two lawyers at $250 an hour, which helped keep the costs down otherwise it would be a lot of overtime, so. Thank you.
