Thanks, Madam Chair. Yeah, for anybody who's listening or watching -- I don't know if anybody watches this anymore but, because it's so exciting. But I do think that we owe the public a little bit of an explanation here as to what's happening so I'd like to hear from -- I think this is an accounting exercise, transferring an asset from one category to another.
