Will the Ebola outbreak become a full-blown pandemic? These are things that can be done in prediction markets, Mr. Speaker, and Canada has recently approved two of those markets. I am getting to the question, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the Northwest Territories is in charge of regulating securities in the Northwest Territories. Many people are concerned about the role of these prediction markets. They've seen what they can do in the States, they're worried about what they can do in Canada. Can the Minister of Justice comment on the work the department has done to assess the impact of these new prediction markets on consumers in the Northwest Territories. Thank you.
