Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, one of the things the Department of Health and Social Services has implemented with respect to social workers when they leave the position, their exit interviews. I'd like to ask the Minister, what are the top three reasons identified in exit data for child protection workers and social workers, front line social workers, and how many of those reasons relate directly to high caseloads?
