One of the CFS reforms to decolonize the system was to implement legal mandated cultural safety plans, yet two-thirds of Indigenous children, or 91 percent, are in care with lack of these plans. That's unacceptable. My question to the Minister is, what has the Minister not prioritized these cultural safety plans and other measures to root out systematic racism in the social services system?
