Thank you, Mr. Chairman. From my limited experience with requests for proposals, price only forms one component of the consideration for awarding the contract. Price, along with several other components, comprised the criteria for making the decision on who to award the contract to. On the premise that price is not always the determining factor, could we just have assurance from the Minister again that they would consider a process whereby proponents on RFPs could be advised of the outcome through some form of assessment which would be public after the fact?
