Mr. Speaker, in response to a question from Mr. O'Brien on Friday, the Minister for Public Works and Services indicated that while the amalgamation of departments was not proceeding, the departments are still looking at duplications and efficiencies. Will the Minister confirm that no amalgamation in any shape or form is, or will be taking place during the life of the 13th Assembly as was outlined in the motion that was passed earlier in this House.
