My question is directed to the Minister of Finance on his statement on the Aurora Fund today, specifically on the middle paragraph on page three of four, where the Minister made reference to the two Aurora Funds as government-administered venture capital funds. Could the Minister just elaborate on the difference between the arm's-length relationship that was an issue referred to when these funds were set up and what is now being referred to as a government-administered venture capital fund?
