Mr. Speaker, your committee has been considering Bill 8, Appropriation Act, 1998-99 and Committee Reports 5-13(5), 2-13(5), 3-13(5) and 4-13(5), also Bills 9, 12, and 13 and would like to report progress with two motions being adopted, that Committee Reports 2, 3, 4, and 5 are concluded, that Bills 8, 9, 12 and 13 are ready for third reading. Mr. Speaker, I move that the report of the committee of the whole be concurred with.
