Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker I have a return to an oral question asked by Mr. Henry on April 26, 1999. The honourable Member asked whether the Workers' Compensation Act permits the Workers' Compensation Board to sue employees or employers. The WCB does have the ability to sue on behalf of injured workers in specific circumstances such as those relating to the use of operation of a motor vehicle or other mode of transportation as detailed in Section 12 of the Act.
