Thank you. We had some internal staffing problems and I am wondering how this slips through MACA's accountability framework. I assume they have something set up to ensure that municipalities toe-the-line and are accountable and responsible. I am wondering how you could end up $450,000 in debt before anyone seemed to notice what was going on.
