Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I have been advised that in some of the jurisdictions, there are different speed limits for different types of traffic including truck traffic versus normal small vehicle traffic, light vehicle traffic. As an example, for instance, even the industry themselves, Robinson Trucking, I believe, I have been advised do, in fact, request that their drivers abide by a speed limit that they themselves set, which is about 70 kilometers an hour, I understand. So the department does take into the consideration the fact that there would be two different speed limits for different types of traffic. However, we are assuming that if the highway condition doesn't allow light traffic to proceed at 90 kilometers an hour, drivers will drive at a rate that the condition of the highway permits, not at what the speed limit is posted.
