My recollection of the overall new job evaluation was negotiated with the UNW to, in fact, address one of the outstanding issues in terms of pay equity. This change was made subsequent to that. Is there a role for the UNW, or does that only happen during the collective bargaining process? Is there an ongoing agreement and a working committee that keeps track of this to make sure it is done in such a way that it does not get, if I may use the word in its proper intention, bastardized so it would lose its benefit?
