Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I would hope to see this as a cooperative effort with the board being the lead at the table. Being part of the broader health and social services system, we also have to keep the broader fiscal implications in mind. This is a unique situation so I want to see this done in a cooperative way.
