The Medical Care Act is amended to:• relieve an injured person who sues for damages of the requirement to include a claim on behalf of the Minister if the Minister waives that requirement;• replace references to a "province or the Yukon Territory" with references to a "province or territory"; and• clarify the wording of various provisions.
