The Pharmacy Act is amended to:• substitute the Minister for the Commissioner in respect of certain authorities for licensing and discipline;• delete a provision grandfathering the registration of persons who were entitled to practice pharmaceutical chemistry on December 12, 1953; • replace references to a "province or the Yukon Territory" with references to a "province or territory"; and• clarify the wording of various provisions.
