Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I'd like to follow up on a line of questioning based on my Member's statement regarding community futures. Mr. Speaker, the Government of the Northwest Territories, through the Department of Resources, Wildlife and Economic Development, assumed responsibility for the community futures program approximately eight years ago. At that time, we were told it would be a program that could be accessed by all the communities in the Northwest Territories. Up to now certain communities have been left out, especially in my riding. Most of the communities in the southern part of the NWT have access, except for Fort Providence, Kakisa, Enterprise and Hay River Reserve. So I'd like to know why those communities have access or don't have a community futures program.
