Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the Member's quite correct. We do have a capital planning in process which we've been using and it did identify some of the municipal water and sewage needs in particular communities. In most communities that I'm aware of, anyway, the communities did come forward and put high priority on their water and sewage programs. However, they will be making a point of going to all of the communities, either through letter form or actually attending municipal meetings, and then review what the municipalities need for water and sewage. We will also have to have from the tax-based communities their inventory as well. Thank you.
