Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, very fundamentally, the Government of the Northwest Territories will no way take part in any process that would jeopardize the health and well-being of any of our citizens. So, regardless of what happens with the consent form the services that people need will be there. We will sort through the administration issues that have arisen as a result of this consent form. I would just like to reassure my colleague that nobody is going to be denied any access to the Northwest Territories' health services because they have failed to fill out a federal consent form.
