Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the way the non-insured health benefits program works, our relationship with the federal government is that we administer the program, we pay the costs, send the bill to the federal government. So we will continue to do that, then we will engage in the process as we have done and continue to do, protracted as it may be, with the federal government trying to get payment for the invoices that we have submitted as we try to sort through the impact and fall out of the federal government's initiative.
