Mr. Speaker, your committee has been considering Bill 21, An Act to Amend the Public Service Act; Bill 19, Appropriation Act, 2005-2006; and Committee Report 9-15(3), and would like to report progress with five motions being adopted, that Committee Reports 9-15(3), 10-15(3) and 11-15(3) are concluded, that Bill 21 and Bill 19 are ready for third reading and, Mr. Speaker, I move that the report of Committee of the Whole be concurred with.
