Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I could refer, once again, to the third-party accountability framework that the government has pulled together. There are categories of NGOs and the way that they're categorized and rated. At the top category, there are three main ones, but the one where there are entitlement to forced growth are those programs that if they weren't delivered by an NGO, we would have to deliver them ourselves with our own staff. We've started to categorize and bring into that category all those areas where NGOs provide those type of services. We are working on that. It's a work in progress. There has been some recognition of that. So that's a commitment that we made and that's a process that we're engaged in. The Members have seen the third-party accountability and we're working on that on an ongoing basis. Thank you.
