Mr. Chairman, I believe our deputy is looking at our affirmative action stats for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. They are about 68 per cent. Of course, we will seriously consider any recommendation that’s made by committee, recognizing that we have targets we are required to meet, which we have done, and we’d have to look to see what’s possible. At this point we believe we’ve come forward with what is a fair and measured plan to allow us to keep doing business and still meet the targets we were given.
