Mr. Speaker, right now they're reviewing historical charts right now, and I think what's -- one of the things that the department has told me is that they're looking at inactive files and making sure that they've been reviewed, and then they're closing them. So that way there's not -- you know, there's no need to making sure that they're being followed up. The prioritizing of cases, hiring, jurisdictional scan, as I mentioned that they're doing right now, right now they're currently in the process of looking into a float team to be able to go around and support areas that are having high needs and high vacancy rates, as well as a peer support team.
