Is there any way of evaluating that or monitoring it with this process that you mentioned, where it is reviewed every year? Have you been able to monitor that?

My understanding that FMBS is putting all those costs together so we can present a bill to the federal government and that should be happening fairly quickly, I would hope, and then I would be better informed to say how much of this cost is for incremental costs of creating Nunavut.
