1. What is the official policy of the Government of the Northwest Territories regarding personal use of the e-mail system and Internet access?

2. How is this policy publicized to employees?

3. How is the policy policed?

4. Have there been any instances of discipline for improper use of computers, specifically for personal use of the e-mail system or Internet access? If so, how many in the last year? Again, if so, were there any disciplinary actions? Were these disciplinary actions appealed? If so, were the appeals successful? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
