Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, this is an existing policy and it applies to this
particular community. The employee house purchase plan has been discontinued in level I communities which are Yellowknife, Hay River and Fort Smith. It is an existing policy that we have. Financial help is available for employees who have at least five years continuous service or they are leaving the G.N.W.T. or transferring to another community and are unable to sell their house on the local market at a fair price.
