Mr. Chairman, there were no dollars allocated in 1992-93 in the capital estimates for this building and complex. It was designed some years ago and Members should recall Mr. Zoe complaining vehemently that it should not have been cut from his budget for his particular constituency. There were no dollars allocated in 1992-93 and it has been placed back in for construction in 1993-94. We need the dollars this year to do the redesign to enable construction to go ahead next year. Thank you.

Mr. Chairman, in Inuvik there is some one time capital costs of $67,000 required with an ongoing O & M of $15,000. So, there is $67,000. In Baffin, hospitals to provide abortion services, there is a requirement in January 1993 for $9,000 for a one time capital expenditure and $15,000 ongoing O & M.
