Now, therefore I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Deh Cho, that this Legislative Assembly request the Minister responsible for the Department of Justice to obtain an independent review of the decision to triple designate the River Ridge facility. And further, that any independent review be requested to be undertaken by one of the Minister of Justices' provincial counterparts staff with experience in this field. And Furthermore, that the report from any independent review undertaken be tabled during the February 1994 session. Thank you.

And further, pursuant to section 12(1) that the Electoral District Boundaries Commission prepare a report to the Legislative Assembly on its review by March 15, 1994.
