Have there been any GNWT employees that received packages, were rehired, and what is the policy on the rehiring of employees who have received a package? Madam Chair as it has been indicated in the past in response to this question, anyone who has received this lay-off package would have been entitled to, would have been for past performance and that would not jeopardize them being rehired. They could be rehired for new positions, but to-date we have only had one laid off employee that has been rehired by the department.
