Mr. Chairman, I am told by the department that there are three land owners involved. On the Colville Lake side, it is the band on that end. On the Fort Good Hope side, it is the band on that end and in between is Indian Affairs land. There is also Department of Municipal and Community Affairs involved because some of this land is in the municipal boundaries. So whether or not the oil and gas company and whose land they are exploring on, I do not know.

Mr. Chairman, I am not aware of the land owners making any contributions, but through the application process we have to apply to, I believe it is the Mackenzie Valley Water Board Management Board, and through that process the land owners get involved.

Mr. Chairman, just looking at our main estimates, in the budget that we approved this spring, there is $963,000 allocated for the winter road improvements for the Mackenzie Highway. Are we now talking that with this amount here and the $970,000, that budget is now $2,129,000?

Yes. Under the area of highways, there is $34 million in the budget. The budget is allocated to all different activities within the budget. We have allocated $963,000 to the Mackenzie Highway winter road improvements. That is the road in the valley. With these expenditures that are now in front of us for the supplementary, this $101,000, or is it $195,000 plus the $907,000, that means that the budget has increased for the winter road improvement of the Mackenzie Highway, which is now $2,129,000. Is that what that item is going to read when it comes forth to be approved through the main estimates?

Mr. Chairman. The $963,000 the Member is referring to is the winter road improvements for the Mackenzie Highway. The $101,000 we are requesting here is not part of that Mackenzie Highway amount. So that would be in addition to that $963,000 that is in the budget.
