Again, we are doing the process with regard to the Cabinet selection. I would just ask the Members that they can either stand or sit, depending on their preference. All the Members, by way of process, we start by nomination. The candidate will either accept or reject the nomination, followed by each Member being given the opportunity to make a 10-minute speech.
