Mr. Speaker, on the third reading of the bill, I still have a concern that there might be a potential challenge to the bill because of the constitutional status of the legislation, where the NSTC had to be involved in the process. I am wondering if that could be clarified for me that, indeed, there is no constitutional challenge by any outside organization. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
